For upholstery foams and cushions, it is important to note that with all foam products, a slight loss of resiliency is to be expected and is not a defect.

Usage: warranty covers cases of normal use. Signs of commercial use, animal damages, abnormal use or abuse will void the warranty.
Damages: all products are entitled for repair if products are damaged and reported within 3 days of delivery. Replacements will occur if the product is deemed unrepairable.

Lights: If LED lights were installed with a dimmer, warranty will be void.

Repairs: damaged goods will be repaired on site within the GTA if the item was delivered to your house. Otherwise, pick up items, it is the customers responsibility to bring the item back to the store for service or pay a fee for one of our technicians to repairs the item at your home.

If the purchased product is damaged, it can be exchanged for the exact item.
Custom orders usually take 3-6 months depending on the scheduled container shipment and customs. Everything is made and shipped in China. It takes 3-4 weeks for the products to manufacture and another 3-4 weeks for shipping. But sometimes orders are placed after the container has been loaded onto the ship which means that order will have to be put onto the next scheduled shipment. Another factor that may delay the shipping time is customs, if customs decide to inspect the container it will delay the shipment for another 7-14 days.

For colours, we offer a large variety of different colours to choose from. But please keep in mind that the leather factory dye the leather according to each order and every order will have slightly different tone. For example, if the customer ordered a red colour sofa today but wants the same exact sofa 3 months later, the tone of the red will be slightly off by one or two shades. This is normal because each dye process is different and the colours cannot be 100%. 
Installation is only available within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area, Ontario). Shipping to other provinces/countries is available but the buyer is responsible for the shipping and custom fees. Delivery/installation time is available upon request.
No refunds, exchange within 3 days for a store credit. Deposits are not refundable but store credit applies (does not apply to custom orders). Refund or exchange does not apply to clearance items. Return items must be in its original box, unopened, or else a 15% restocking fee applies to the original sales price.
